In the past few months, we have been working on one of our biggest IFR simulator updates so far. Today, we are glad to announce that the update is ready and already available in the App Store.
The new features were also implemented in the simulator module of the IFR Trainer – All in 1. So, don’t hesitate to download this app if you want to learn how to use the most common IFR flight instruments. In addition, you can get the ADF + RMI instructor module for free.
What is the update all about? And why is it so important? Let’s go through the new features and changes:
New instrument – EHSI
We have added a completely new panel to the cockpit mode. It is an EHSI module that is based on real world glass cockpit instruments. This update allows you to practice IFR procedures in the perfect environment if you fly a plane with glass cockpit or modern, digital instruments.
New purchase screens
Are you new to the app or just trying it out? We would like to provide all the necessary information to you before your purchase. To do so, we have added new purchase screens that explains all the new features you can get after getting the Pro version. In this way, you can easily decide if you wish to upgrade the app or not.
Improved UI
We have updated some of the graphical elements of the user interface in order to make it look better and easy to use. The color scheme was changed to better represent the real-life counterparts of the most commonly used digital flight instruments. It allows you to experience the most immerse simulation of flying. We have also made the app more comfortable to use by reorganizing some of the buttons and changing their sizes.
